Malaysian Student: Application Procedures

To avoid delays, please ensure that all information is complete, with the following documents enclosed:

Two (2) recent Passport-sized Photographs (40 mm x 55 mm)
One (1) Certified true copy of NRIC (National Registration Identity Card)/MyKAD
Certified true copies of SPM/O-Level or STPM/A-Level Result/Certificate or relevant Academic Result/Qualification or Transcript, School Leaving Certificate & Testimonial or Graduation Certificate/Letter of Completion of Study
Enrolment Fee of RM300.00 (non-refundable) & Deposit of RM200.00 (refundable)
Accommodation Application Form (if required) with Accommodation Processing Fee of RM150.00 (non-refundable) & Deposit of RM200.00 (refundable)

*Please note that your Application will not be processed if these documents are not submitted.

The completed Application will take 1 – 2 working day(s) to process after reaching us.

If your application has been approved, you will receive a 'Letter of Offer' on which the Tuition Fees and Terms & Conditions are stipulated by Sunway College Ipoh.

The Letter of Offer dictates your acceptance into the applied programme.  The Letter should be agreed and signed by the Student and sent back to Sunway College Ipoh.

Students are required to attend an Orientation Programme which will be held before the official commencement of the new semester.

Please note that all applications require appropriate sufficient documents for processing purposes.  Enrolment Fee & Deposit must accompany all applications to Sunway College Ipoh Sdn Bhd.  If you require accommodation, kindly complete an Accommodation Application Form.  Kindly refer to the Payment Instructions.

Payment Instructions

You can pay your Enrolment Fee & Deposit in person or by post.  All payments must be made payable to “SUNWAY COLLEGE IPOH SDN BHD" using Crossed Cheque, Bank Draft and Direct Bank- In.  Kindly write the following particulars on the reverse side of the cheque:

  • Student's Name;
  • NRIC (MyKAD) Number
  • Contact Number
  • Course/Programme enrolled

You may also pay by Credit/Debit Card or Cash.

Kindly fax, email or send a copy of the Bank-In/Telegraphic Transfer (TT) slip as proof of payment to the Finance & Administration Department, Sunway College Ipoh Sdn Bhd and provide the following particulars:

  • Student's Name;
  • NRIC (MyKAD) Number
  • Contact Number
  • Course/Programme enrolled
