All International Students should read the requirements for enrolment carefully and ensure all information is complete before submission.
Complete and submit the International Student Application Form. To avoid delays, ensure that all necessary information is complete, with the following documents attached. Any incomplete application is ineligible for processing.
|Four (4) recent Passport-sized photographs (White background, 35 mm x 45 mm)|
|Two (2) sets certified copy of Passport - all pages including blank pages with a validity of at least One (1) year from the Intake Date, on A4-sized paper, Two (2) Passport pages per side)|
|Two (2) sets of certified copies of Official Academic Transcripts and Completion Certificate. In the event that theese documents are not published in English, copies of original and official English-translated version are required to be provided.|
|Two (2) sets of certified copies of English Language qualification such as IELTS, TOEFL etc. (for non-English medium of instruction/education system/qualification.|
|Original Health Examination Report. Completed Pre-Arrival Medical Health Examination Report from applicant's home country if screening was done at a non-EMGS (Education Malaysia Global Services) registered overseas clinic (as applicable). Copies of the Lab Report and Chest X-Ray Report to be attached. All documents must be completed and submitted in English. EMGS recommends that all applicants attend the Pre-Arrival Medical Screening at registered clinics overseas.|
|No Objection Certificate (NOC) for applicants from Sudan or Letter of Eligibility (LOE) for applicants from Iran.|
|A certified copy of the Yellow Fever Vaccination Booklet/Card for applicants from countries considered to be at high risk.|
|Enrolment Fee of RM800 (non-refundable) & Security Deposit of RM1,000 (refundable)|
|EMGS Fee of RM2,000 (non-refundable, non-transferable) for new Student Pass/Visa processing. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable once the Student Pass application has been initiated. Indonesian applicants are required to pay RM3,000 for Student Pass validity of two (2) years for programme study duration of two (2) years and above.|
|Accommodation Application Form (if required) with Accommodation Processing Fee of RM150.00 (non-refundable) & Deposit of RM200.00 (refundable)|

Please include the Application Fees with the Application Form. Remittances by Electronic Transfers should be evidenced by a clear copy of the Bank Confirmation Advice and referenced with the Student’s particulars – Name, Passport Number, Course/Programme and Intake (Month & Year).

The college will also apply for a Student Pass (Visa) from the Malaysian Immigration Department. This may take about Two (2) - Three (3) months. It is the prerogative of the Immigration authorities to approve or reject Visa applications. We advise that all Application Forms arrive Three (3) months before the Intake Dates. Offer Letters will be sent to successful applicants.
All new International Students are required to make an initial payment for all First Year Fees.
Student Pass (Visa) Approval Letters can only be given upon receipt of payment for Course Fee and other relevant Fees.
If you have previously studied in another Institution of Higher Learning (University or College) in Malaysia, additional documents needed are:
International Students from other Institutions of Higher Learning in Malaysia who intend to change institution before successfully completing their Courses/Programmes must obtain approval from the Ministry of Higher Education and Immigration Department.
