LECTURER – ENGLISH / HEALTH CARE MANAGEMENT / HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE / MARKETING / NUTRITION
 
Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures professionally and effectively for designated subject
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. Preference will be given to Master's degree holders

  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience

  • IT literate with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Possess a passion for teaching and able to work in a team

  • Patient and caring towards young adults

EXECUTIVE - STUDENT RELATIONS
 
Responsibilities:

The incumbent is responsible for the recruitment of new students and playing a vital role in marketing support

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or professional qualifications in any discipline

  • Preferably with 1 year of working experience in the marketing field

  • Pleasant and friendly disposition outgoing and creative with good leadership qualities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and good command of the English Language

  • A self-starter with qualities of a team player and yet is able to work independently

  • Possesses own transport

 
 
 
OFFICER / EXECUTIVE – IT SERVICES
 
Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining IT facilities within the college and perform administrative functions for the IT Services department

  • Provide helpdesk and technical support to end users

  • Managing and maintaining the hardware and software in the computer labs

  • Desktop PC, printer and IT equipment support, upgrade and maintenance

  • Servers and system administration and support

 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in related field

  • Preferably 1 year of related working experience

  • Good knowledge and strong skills in installation, configuration, troubleshooting, support and maintenance of network, hardware and software

  • A self-starter with qualities of a team player and yet able to work independently

  • Possess high sense of responsibility and integrity

  • Working knowledge of audio visual equipment including projector would be a plus

 
 
 
 
OFFICER / EXECUTIVE - CREDIT CONTROL
 
Responsibilities:
  • All credit control matters including billing and collection

  • Processing of students' refund

  • Issuance of scholarships

  • Timely and effective collection of all debts

  • Attend to queries in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Banking/Administration or equivalent

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in the related field

  • IT literate with good communication and interpersonal skills

 

 
 
SENIOR OFFICER - FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE
 
Responsibilities:
  • To perform general maintenance, which includes trouble-shooting and rectification of electrical, plumbing works / installation

  • To assist in monitoring and supervising of project works and servicing by contractor

  • To assist in logistics arrangement for all college related events and functions

Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • At least 1 year of working experience in related field
  • Skilled in basic technical and maintenance tasks

  • Basic computer knowledge would be an advantage

  • Possess high sense of responsibility and integrity

  • A self-starter with qualities of a team player yet is able to work independently

  • Willing to work long hours / weekends / public holidays
 
 
 
OFFICER - ADMINISTRATION
 
Responsibilities:
  • To provide prompt, accurate, effective and efficient administrative support at counter / front desk

  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date information in student database and all other assigned admin related records

  • To assist in ensuring smooth operations of the admin department at all times

  • To provide prompt, courteous, efficient and effective admin support to all customers (internal and external)

  • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time
Requirements:
  • Candidate should possess at least a Diploma, preferably in a related field
  • Preference will be given to candidate with relevant / related experience
  • IT literate with good organizational skill
  • Meticulous and attentive to details

  • Good interpersonal skills and team player
