EXECUTIVE  -  DEPARTMENT OF ACADEMIC QUALITY
 
This role serves to support the Department of Academic Quality of the College, particularly in academic quality assurance efforts.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Assist in developing and compiling the College’s academic quality policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Plan key academic quality events, including internal audits, periodic reviews, quality training activities etc.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of documents to ensure compliance with all requirements set by regulatory bodies, including the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
  • Responsible for staying informed about and maintaining a structured repository of circulars, notifications, up-to-date programme standards, best practices and education policies from all relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Provide administrative support to academic departments regarding curriculum changes and academic quality assurance practices, including audit preparation and addressing audit-related findings.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Relevant experience in audit and accreditation would be and added advantage
  • Prior work experience in the education industry or an equivalent setting is preferred.
  • Technology savvy with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to organise own work, meet deadlines, work well in a team and function with minimum supervision.
 
 
  
OFFICER - HOSTEL OPERATIONS
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Undertake in-residence hostel warden duties
  • Provide front-line service to hostel residents and prospective residents
  • Responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the hostel facility
 
Requirements:
 
  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Have working knowledge of MS Office computer applications
  • Able perform simple maintenance work
  • Patient and caring towards young adults
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 
 
  
OFFICER - STUDENT SERVICES
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide front-line service to students and the campus community
  • Office administration, documentation and record-keeping
  • Assist with vendor liaison, logistic arrangements and in-house promotion for campus activities and events
 
Requirements:
 
  • Minimum Diploma in any field or equivalent
  • Preferably with working experience in a service-related capacity
  • Good communication and office skills, must be computer literate
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Pleasant personality and a team player
