LECTURER -  HEALTH CARE MANAGEMENT / HEALTH ADMINISTRATION / BIOMEDICAL SCIENCE / MANAGEMENT / MATHEMATICS
 
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor degree in a related field. Preference will be given to Master degree holders
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience

EXECUTIVE - EXAMINATIONS
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Handle all preparations which are necessary for the smooth conduct of an examination. This will include, among other tasks, examination registration process, preparation of examination materials, schedules and venues
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on matters related to examinations and students’ results in an effective and proficient manner
  • Print and release students’ transcripts and certificates accurately and promptly
  • Safekeeping and maintaining proper records of all examination related documents, which include question papers, answer scripts and students’ results
 
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent with at least two (2) years of administrative work experience, preferably in handling examination related matters. Alternatively, Diploma qualification or its equivalent, with minimum five (5) years of work experience, preferably in handling examination related matters
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based work environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Possess a good command of written and spoken English
  • Good communication, report writing and presentation skills
  • Good planning and coordinating skills
  • Ability to perform consistently under the pressure of deadlines
  • Competent in IT software for work e.g. Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment

EXECUTIVE - ACCOUNTS
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Manage the financial aspect of scholarships awarded to student
    • Grant and disburse scholarships accurately and on time in the systems
    • Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
    • Assist in budget for scholarship
  • Process student-related payment refunds
  • Preparation of bank reconciliations
  • Attend to queries related to scholarships and student refunds
  • Support other credit control functions namely processing of forms, sending out payment advice, issuing CN/DN and other relevant reports
  • Perform cashier duties during enrolment peak period, Open Days, extended counselling period and whenever required
 
Requirements:
 
  • A Degree in a related field

ASSISTANT - SCIENCE LABORATORY
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Prepare, set up and clean up equipment used for science practical classes and examinations
  • Assist lecturers in coordinating and supervising students in the science laboratory which may include laboratory demonstrations
  • Assist in any administrative work assigned
 
Requirements:
 
  • At least a Diploma in a related field of study
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

OFFICE ASSISTANT - ADMINISTRATION
 
Responsibilities:
  • To provide prompt and efficient administrative support services to internal and external stakeholders
  • To drive College staff / officials to sanctioned functions / destinations in a safe and lawful manner
  • To be responsible for the maintenance of company vehicle

Requirements:
 
  • Candidate should possess at least a Diploma, in any field
  • Preference will be given to candidate with relevant / related experience
  • IT literate with good organisational skill
  • Punctual in keeping appointments and adhering to agreed schedules
  • Willing to work outside regular office hours
  • Possess a valid class D driving license with good track record
