The Association Of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) is recognised and respected as one of the top Professional Accountancy qualifications globally.  At Sunway College Ipoh, a Platinum Approved Learning Partner (ALP) since 2014, we offer school leavers a pathway to acquire this prestigious Professional Accountancy qualification through a one-year CAT programme followed by the ACCA, both designed by ACCA of the United Kingdom.

2 years (4 semesters) with CAT qualification 
2 years 6 months (5 semesters) with other qualifications
1 year (2 semesters) with Degree qualification

Examination
Paper-based : March, June, September and December

Entry Requirements
CAT qualification and pass SPM/O Level with minimum 5 credits
Pass STPM/A Level with minimum Gred C+ or CGPA 2.33 in 2 subjects inclusive of Pengajian Am and pass SPM/O Level with a credit in Mathematics
Foundation/Matriculation qualification in related field with minimum CGPA 2.50 and pass SPM/O Level with a credit in Mathematics
Diploma or Degree in accountancy or related field with minimum CGPA 2.50 and pass SPM/O Level with a credit in Mathematics
Other equivalent qualifications approved by the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia
English Language proficiency with a minimum qualification of MUET Band 2, IELTS (5.5) or TOFEL (550) for Diploma or Degree graduates


 

 

 

 

MOHE Compulsory General Studies Courses/Matapelajaran Umum (MPU) & Bahasa Kebangsaan Requirements

Malaysian and International Students are required to pass the MOHE Compulsory General Studies courses.  Additionally, Local Students who do not have SPM qualification or did not obtain a credit in Bahasa Melayu in SPM, are required to pass Bahasa Kebangsaan A.
