For Students

IT Services has taken the following continuity steps in support of student access to the core education systems through internet.  

Systems and services available during this period are as follows 

  1. eLearn – https://elearn.sunway.edu.my 

  2. iZone – https://izone.sunway.edu.my 

  3. iMail – http://www.imail.sunway.edu.my 

  4. Payment – https://epayment.sunway.edu.my 

For ITS assistance, kindly email to helpdesk@sunway.edu.my.

iii. Programme name  

iv. Contact no.  

v. Description of problem/assistance required  

Alternatively, students may also call the ITS hotline at 03-7491 8766 or 03-7491 8780 for assistance on IT related matters and IT labs (*hotline service is available from Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm). Resolution time will be subject to the nature of the user’s request.

 

For Staff
