MSc in Psychology (Organisational)

The field of Organisational Psychology helps build better organisations by improving performance and well-being of its people. The Master of Science in Psychology (Organisational) aims to train effective and competent psychologists to work in corporate, public and NGO settings. Programme Objectives

  • Enables students to acquire an in-depth knowledge of theories, models and principles of organisational psychology.
  • Facilitates an understanding of the relationship between human potential and organisational role and functions so that students will be prepared to apply their knowledge and skills to meet organisational needs and cope with organisational changes.
  • Equips students with research skills to explore innovative ideas and models and effective communication skills in both oral and written form to solve human interaction problems within organisations.
