Student Records

The Student Records team manages the enrolments and maintains student records in teh University database and physical files.

We prepare, maintain, and permanently retain a record of each student. A physical file of pertinent documents for each student is maintained throughout the duration of the programme of study and up to 7 years following the completion of programme or the last date of attendance.

Throughout the programme of study, students are responsible for keeping their personal information (including nationality, identity card/passport details, and permanent and correspondence contact details) updated in the University’s records in a timely manner.

The University will not be held accountable for any incorrect or obsolete student’s personal information kept in the database system.
