At International Office, we have staff in each of the following unit that looks into specific needs of international students:
International Student Recruitment
The International Student Recruitment unit of International office handles the international promotions activities for Sunway University outside Malaysia. This is done through public presentation, seminars and visits to schools to inform students, parents and teachers about Sunway University’s higher education services.
The International Student Recruitment activities are also carried out with the assistance and support of Sunway University’s network of independent agent representatives. International students seeking academic advice or choosing to lodge application through agent representatives may check with International Student Recruitment for the current list of official representative.

International Admission
Services below are provided to all students and staff by International Admission:

International Student Welfare
The Welfare unit within the International Office provides crisis assistance for existing international students as well as guidance for new international students of Sunway. Services include:
- 24-hour hotline assistance
- Managing welfare and crisis cases
- Locating missing students
- Managing international student insurance provided by Sunway
- Hospitalization visits
- Issuance of welcome kits, arrival kits and orientation kits to new students
- Orientation
- Organizing meetings with student ambassadors (international students)
- Airport Arrival – Immigration clearance and pickups
- Issuance of Bank Letters/ Certification Letters
- Other value added services
