Completion of Studies

Application for refunds must be made within 12 calendar months from your last day of study. The return of your student ID card and Library card (if you registered as a student in 2008 or earlier) is mandatory. Failure to return them results in a penalty of RM 50 and RM 25 respectively.

All Sunway University equipment/ property in your possession (e.g., books borrowed from the Tun Hussein Onn Library) must be returned to the relevant departments.

Students are required to submit the Completion Form / Withdrawal Form to the IO at least TWO (2) weeks before your departure overseas.
