International Office (IO)

The International Office (IO) is the focal point for all international enquiries and the key services offered are:

• Enrolment Information for International students
• Visa and Immigration advisory assistance (Student Pass applications and extensions)
• Airport Pick-ups for new students
• Welfare (health insurance, counselling, crisis assistance etc.)
• International Student Orientation and briefing
• Issuance of Documents Needed (Banks, embassies, etc.)

Services in IO are provided via the following units:

• International Student Recruitment
• International Student Administration (Admissions & Student Visas)
• International Student Welfare
• International Relations
• University Placement

Besides advice and assistance to prospective and current students, the IO also offers study abroad information and placement advice to all students.

Assisting international students adapt to Malaysia is our utmost priority. Should we be unable to assist, we will refer to the right department.
