Sun-U Residence

Sun-U Residence is the accommodation of choice for students of all nationalities wanting to experience a ‘preview’ of being a young adult living in a condo environment. Residents will have the option of staying in a Single or Twin-sharing room, with 7 residents to a unit (3 twin-sharing and 1 single room).

Just a 3-minute walk away from Sunway University/Sunway College and 7 minutes from Monash University Sunway campus, Sun-U Residence is not just an accommodation but also a safe place for its residents to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. Besides 24-hour security surveillance and patrol, numerous sporting facilities are also available. From squash to badminton, or from swimming to football, residents can find facilities provided for their favorite sports either on the accommodation itself or a short walk away on the Sunway University/Sunway College’s sports field.

There is no need to worry regarding access to the Internet as residents can remain connected via the Wi-Fi enabled study rooms or in the comfort of their own unit via wired port for their studies and research purposes or just for leisure. Residents have the option of doing their own laundry using the washing machine available in their units or just head to the launderette downstairs. Meals are convenient as the scenic Poolside Café dishes up a large variety of food to suit the tastes of the various nationalities in Sun-U Residence.
