Sunway University College signs MoU on FSTEP

Sunway University College (Sunway) and Institute of Bankers of Malaysia (IBBM or Institut Bank-Bank Malaysia) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 2nd December 2010 to establish collaborative efforts to develop academic exchange and co-operation in teaching, training, research and development in the financial services industry.

Our Student Services Department, the coordination unit at Sunway, has been commissioned to undertake the channelling of our graduates to the Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Programme (FSTEP).

The Sunway University College 4th Graduation Ceremony 2010 was held at the Grand Lagoon Ballroom of Sunway Resort Hotel and Spa recently. Sunway students emerge Third in SAS-EON Bank Group Knowledge Discovery Challenge

The recent inaugural SAS-EON Bank Group Knowledge Discovery Challenge finals held at Sunway University College (Sunway) which focuses on developing homegrown talent in data-mining (analytical) skills amongst tertiary students saw five qualifying teams competing. The competition had earlier attracted a total of 30 teams.

The Sunway University College cricket team participated in a one-day cricket tournament hosted by the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) earlier this year.
