Student Records and General Administration

The Student Records and General Administration Unit is the official guardian of student data for Sunway College, and provide assistance/advice/guidance to walk-ins and call-ins at the Enquiry Services Counter.

Our mission is to:

  • provide quality front-line support (through electronic and service desk) to individual students;
  • maintain accurate records of students’ academic progress;
  • uphold university policies and procedures in a professional and friendly atmosphere; and
  • protect privacy and security of students’ academic and personal information.
