Sunway University School of Arts Students Participated in the Launch of The Body Shop Malaysia’s 1st Workshop Store in Sunway Pyramid
In conjunction with Earth Day, our BA (Hons) Design Communication students from the School of Arts, Sunway University designed 12 creative Art Pieces along the theme of "Climate Change" using The Body Shop's Recycled Plastic Packaging. Chia Dane and Lein Li Lin under Dr Jane Gew's supervision at the Department of Biological Sciences are one of the winners of WWF Malaysia Eco Champion Award 2022! They were awarded a RM5,000 seed grant for a community project entitled "Food Waste Segregation and Management" which is aligned to this year’s theme on "Pathways toward Net Zero Emissions". The Meet & Greet Session was organized by International Office on 4th April 2022 to welcome and introduce the 41 students from KTU who has joined Sunway University for their study abroad programme. 31 students have signed up for 12-months programme while the remaining 10 students will be on the 6-months programme.
